Two teenage sisters were forced to drop out of school in order to provide financially for their family. Their father had fallen ill and was unable to work. Their house had a leaking roof, no bathroom facilities and the family were cooking outside their house on a small stove.

SEVA-UK paid the medical costs for the gentleman enabling him to go back to work. Funding was also provided for the  daughters to go back to school. Finally their dilapidated house was  knocked down and rebuilt, providing the family with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
